Annual Convention of JinCheng Group

The Event Story
This was an annual meeting of JinCheng Group. The large scale meeting welcomed more than 1000 guest attending. The site was on the open field in the mountains. It was snowy days. To ensure the guests to get the best view of the green mountain and snow covered landscape, the hall was built wholly transparent.

The number of guests was over 1000, the temporary hall was built in 5000 square meters with 50m in width. The hall was with no posts inside which means the whole space could be divided freely and made full use of. The main difficulty came in how to make such a huge structure covered by transparent skins and still ensure the best visual effect.

NPS was assigned to do this job.

We spent 4 days get the job done. The temperature was below zero, the low temperature and strong wind really added difficulties to the construction. We still managed to finish our job as scheduled. The transparent skin was well tailored and installed so that the guests inside really enjoyed the snowy mountain landscape. Worth to mention, the lighting effects were really good at night.
