During hot weather, people's enthusiasm for sports tends to decline significantly. Outdoor runners and ball game enthusiasts become less visible, while comfortable indoor environments become increasingly attractive, making indoor sports venues the preferred choice for many people during the summer.
Operators of tent sports halls, air-supported dome sports halls, and retractable steel-structure sports halls often face the same challenge. Even venues equipped with sunshades can struggle with high temperatures during the summer, significantly affecting business operations. Installing air conditioning, meanwhile, can lead to substantial ongoing energy costs.
How can operators maintain a comfortable environment for athletes while controlling electricity and energy expenses? The completion of the Jiading sports hall provides a comprehensive solution to these challenges. Its innovative and attractive exterior gives it the appearance of a permanent building. Inside, the venue features professional sports flooring, air conditioning, spectator seating, and rest areas. The use of PC polycarbonate panels for the walls not only enhances the overall appearance but also allows ample, soft natural light to enter, creating a pleasant environment for physical activity.
One of the most notable features is its thermal insulation performance. With NPS Structures' insulation design, the sports hall delivers excellent thermal insulation, helping maintain a comfortable indoor temperature even during the hottest days of summer. This reduces the need for extensive air conditioning and significantly lowers energy consumption and electricity costs during operation.
