Your Requirements
Your requirements and related business goals form the basis of our operation. We will start the project with a talk to know thoroughly what you want, what kind of result you want to achieve. Then we will have a preliminary concept of what style of structure, what size and accessories needed to recommend. An experienced account manager will be sent to take care of your questions from beginning to shutdown of the project.

Site visit
Then we will conduct a visit to your project location. In this step, our account manager will observe the site to confirm whether the site meets our construction conditions, the space available for construction, the access roads to the location, potential obstacles and matters that may arise during the construction process. Well preparation ensures a quicker and better completion.

Designing
After the site visit, our designers’ team will produce detailed CAD format drawings and 3d effect pictures according the results of the site research and our first recommendation. In this stage, the specification of the structure you need will be decided. We don’t charge for amending the designs and will work with you to ensure that you are 100% happy with the final designs before the installation of the structure.

Price and drawings
Before we come to an agreement, we will offer you a detailed quotation clarifying the various factors that involved in completing your project. Together with the drawings, it will form the basis of our cooperation.

Work plan
A detailed work schedule will be planned by our project manager for your reference. You will see directly how we work, how all the parties including our partners that involved in constructing your building work together. That’s also how we ensure the entire project under an efficient implementation.

On-site delivery
Our logistics center will reserve the required parts and dispatch your temporary building to ensure it is delivered correctly. The parts will be gathered in proper packaging to ensure they are delivered in good conditions.

Installations
Our site foremen will arrive at the site shortly beforehand to make preparations for installation, such as receiving the materials, arranging our site crews etc. Our on-site construction team is well experienced and has never failed to deliver the successful installation of a structure. A project manager will be arranged to oversee every detail of on-site work.

Internal & External finish
Once the installation is complete, there goes the internal finish. Items such as lighting, ceiling, flooring, climate control and furniture will be installed as guaranteed in the agreement. External finishes like banners, branding walls are available, too.

Turn-key delivery
Once every detail is finished as agreed, the facility will be handed over all ready for use.

Customer care in client use
When you are using our structures, whether hired or purchased, our customer service will always be there to deal with any of your questions. You can also go to our account manager for help. If needed, we can send our site foremen on duty until your event successfully shut down.

Successful shut down
Once your project is over, our team will come in to dismantle, pack up and remove the temporary structure with the same speed and perform the formal transfer. Job done.

Your feedback will help us know the points we should improve or pay more attention to.
